My family just returned from a 10-day trip to Israel. All our hotel stays, tours guides and itinerary plans were done by Touring Israel. It was the trip of a lifetime and we were delighted with all aspects of the trip. Our tour guide, Lior was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and added an invaluable extra experience to our trip. We toured many locations throughout the country including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Golan Heights, Masada and the Dead Sea. There was not one detail of the trip that was not prepared for prior to our arrival and from the time we got off the plane, until the time we departed Tel Aviv we received a truly first-class experience. We just returned a few days ago from an incredible trip to Israel thanks to Touring Israel. In the months prior to the trip, Touring Israel made the planning process a painless task down to every detail, including securing wonderful restaurant recommendations. From the moment we landed in Tel Aviv, our itinerary unfolded seamlessly. Our family spent one week of the trip with our fabulous guide Yuval who was the perfect match for our family. Yuval was extremely knowledgeable and kept our interest and excitement level high each day. Yuval was able to make itinerary adjustments and off-the-beaten-path recommendations that added value to our experience at various points, especially if the recommendations were felt to be more appealing to our two children. Yuval blended so well with our family and we looked forward to each day’s adventure with him. My husband and I just got home from an amazing trip with our three kids. Everything was terrific from the moment we got off the airplane. Our guide, Hagai was incredible. He read our mood and got our interests quickly. He even managed to get our type of humor! 10 days flew by seamlessly. Everything was first class and perfectly tailored to our family. Every aspect of working with Touring Israel was amazing, from the initial planning to the execution. Our guide, Ari Melnik, was unbelievable, he quickly learned what we liked and modified our itinerary as we went along to ensure we got the most out of our trip. Touring Israel is the way to go! Our family of 5 just spent 10 magnificent days exploring Israel from the Galilee to the Negev desert and everywhere in between. Our trip had unique experiences that included paragliding over Mount Arbel, rappelling down the Ramon Crater, personal defense training at Caliber 3, a market tour and cooking experience with a top Israeli chef along with all the religious and historical sites Israel has to offer. Our guide was over the top fantastic! Knowledgeable, courteous and fun. You feel like you are a truly a VIP and like a good friend. No issues, despite being a last-minute trip! (9 day trip) Touring Israel was a great touring company and I feel very comfortable recommending their services. We were a bit apprehensive with the trip because we had not be able to decide on a way/touring company to travel Israel until the very last minute, but Touring Israel was able to accommodate all our requests despite the time constraint. I was also worried about having to make an initial deposit even before getting a quote for the trip, but it turned out to be just fine, and the approximate estimate of the trip turned out to be more than what we ended up paying. So, I was happy! This of course will depend on what you end up choosing to do. We were travelling with two elderly women with limited mobility, and Touring Israel made sure that we wouldn’t have a hard time (hotels, car, attractions) with this. We also requested a Christian trip, and they set us up with an incredibly knowledgeable, very patient, and friendly guide called Daniel. He made sure our trip was absolutely flawless, from start to finish. Because he is fluent in Hebrew and Arabic, and can tour both in Israel and Palestine, he is a perfect guide if you are looking to visit sites on both sides. Touring Israel also set up a dinner with a local family for us that we had not requested, but it turned out to be the best surprise of the entire trip. It made our entire experience extra special. During the planning stage, there is a unique phase during which a special travel advisor talks to you about all your interests to hand tailor each journey, and make sure you get to do exactly what you love doing and want to see. After almost 30 trips to Israel, I thought I had seen everything there was to see but TouringIsrael.com Arranged day tours for us (my wife, my 16-year-old daughter, and me) that were just spectacularly exciting new and fun. Outstanding day tours including an incredibly wonderful, charming day in Jerusalem’s Machaneh Yehuda market where we shopped prepped, helped cook, and enjoyed eating our gourmet meal. We had a great day trip Jeeping in the machtesh in Mitzpeh Ramon- Israel’s desert 27 mile long Grand Canyon -Wow! On our last day we took a great day trip to Beit She’an a truly amazing archeological site. Throughout all of this our excellent guide Ronen, could not have been better he was both interested and interesting his English was good, and he related well to each one of us. The Touring Israel office staff was always there to help and arrange things beautifully from hotel and dinner reservations to guides and the many day trips we took.
