One of my favourite sites in Israel is the lookout on mount of olives. Whether or not you are religious, the view is amazing, and the history on display in that view is nothing short of spectacular. Mere words don’t do it justice.

Israel, it’s a very special place. The history, the nature, and the people are remarkable. First timers should definitely come with an open mind.

There are a lot of Israeli historical figures that I admire. Someone that I really admire, above the rest, is a well known journalist named Zvi Yehezkely. He specializes in the Arab and Muslim worlds. His views, perceptions and interpretations are always enlightening.
